A Great Opportunity for Young Ladies
Delta G.E.M.S. (which stands for Goals, Empowerment, Excellence, Motivation, and Service) is a youth program for girls aged 14–18 that is implemented by chapters of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc..
The program aims to instill academic excellence, develop leadership skills, and provide tools for college and career planning through workshops, service learning, and mentoring.
